Looks like one of those "make your geo beat a viper for just $19.95" type of things. Probably see it on an infomercial, once they get enough money from selling them on ebay.

It's basically a bilge pump for a small boat. No, it will not work like a turbo on your car.

Ive seen those before....I think they are a rip off....If they are plastic, and the blades break, plastic goes flying into your engine which would not be fun....

A friend and I were joking about this product earlier and how it sounds like a scam... we thought it would be funny to come up with one for the exaust and sell it as "it helps PULL the built up exaust from your engine, out and leaving more room for power producing combustion" or something like that. We had a good laugh over it.

I seen some tech review about this and they said it was crap restricted airflow and the blades broke. Forgot what web page I seen this on.
