Screwy Idle and Cold Start
sup guys im new here.
having some trouble with my 96 civic ex. whenever i start my car it idle at around 200-300 so i have to hold the throttle open so i can move. but after my car gets to temp it idles fine. then when i put it in park after i have been driving it fluctuates from 1000-2000-1000...etc. i have tried adjusting my idle with my helms manual but it still fluxes when in park. tested me IACV and its good, fresh plugs, new cap, new rotor, new wires. im guessing it may be vacuum lines. what do you guys think?

for the guys with a Y8, where does the vacuum line that goes between the manifold and the head go? does it connect to the EGR under the intake mani? hope not cause then i might have to take my mani off just for a vacuum line.
