99 civic dx to 99 ex
i have a 99 honda civicdx the engine wa changed to a d16y8 block and 97ex vtec head with a 99 dx intake manifold with a 99ex harness turns over but will not start and 99dx ecu.can you help me figure this out.what do you thank i should do to make it run.is the parts compitable.im lost anyinfo will help me
