i have an 88 1.5 dx civic hatch i went out one day and when i came to start it would crank but no start. was getting no spark to the plugs and no electricity to the distributor i switched the entire distributor and nothing also switched the ignition switch and then it started up that night when i got home i thought it was done but next day went back to cranking but not starting up. what could it be any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

How about just your spark plug wires and/or your spark plugs.
