Default Momentary loss of power

Ok, here's what I have going on:
I finally have my B18C1 swap driving around and working fairly well. I hooked up an autometer air/fuel meter and it is acting funny. When I first start the car the A/F meter starts at the first rich light after stoich and then slowly dropps down past the last lean light to where I can no longer see it....

When I drive the car around, for the first 10 minutes or so the A/F meter bounces between lean and rich like it's supposed to do, but then it stops and I can't see it anymore.

I'm thinking my O2 sensor my be bad???

Anyhow, with all that said, when I'm cruising at say 60 the car seems to have a momentary loss of power and then picks back up. It does this in intervals on a constant basis. Does anyone know what it could be? It's really annoying...

Thanks!

The ECU only reads the oxygen sensor voltage when it's in open-loop mode, which happens at like 73% or more throttle opening. I forget the exact number. Anyway the point is that at low RPM the oxygen sensor voltage doesn't mean crap. Honda used a sensor that would work when they need it to, but doesn't give you any extra tuning value.

The hesitation you're seeing could be from any number of things but I doubt it's from the oxygen sensor. More likely it's a loose vacuum fitting or wiring connection somewhere.

I've checked my vacuum hoses a few times now. Any idea what electrical problem it could be?

its normal to see the air:fuel meter bounce around under normal driving. It only follows any kind of pattern in closed loop mode.
