d15 block d16y8 head

hey guys i just wanted a little help on a few things .I wanna swap a y8 head on my d15 which is odb2 could i u use the same wiring harness or i use the same harness and this just get a vtec ecu and which one

i just got the d16y8 head and motor now i can hookup vtec and maybe hav some fun with it in my ef good luck with your swap
