Default Figure my compression(milled .0030)?

LS/VTEC
ITR .25 pistons
B16a head milled 30thousandths

I'm also thinking about running a thinner head gasket with just some R cams?

I went to cspeedracing.com, but didn't know where to calculate the milled head part.

~11.15

Be careful with the thinner head gasket... you've already lost some valve clearance by milling your head.

Thanks... I'm kinda shocked I didn't get "Search" or some scarcastic reply. It's hard to find answers these days on some boards. Another question... what cams you think will run with this clearance?

This isn't "some boards"

Pretty much any cam you wanna run will work, what you have to look out for is how much clearance the valves are going to have during overlap versus how much the lift is there is during overlap on the cams you're going to use. You can adjust this cam gears to a degree, but it's best to start with cams you won't have to severely retard or advance in order to gain a safety margin.

You'll definately be good with R cams... in fact, you should be alright with most streetable cams. If you get something really aggressive (Skunk2 stage 3, Toda C, some Crowers, etc.), you might want to clay the motor before playing around with cam timing too much.

Instructions can be found here: http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/claymotor/clay.html

What kind of power are you looking for?

I want to make good peak power around 7800, want to rev no more than 8500 to make good power. What cams can produce gains from 6000 to 8300 or so. I mean with the b16 tranny everytime I shift i'll be at 6000rpm, roughly.
