Default No Heat!

Well i just got my 00 civic back with a GSR swap, but something wasnt right. I didnt notice it at first cause i didnt try to use the heat. I tried to use the heat today and it blew hot for like a second then blew cold. Im gonna take it over tomorrow to have them fix it for me. Anyone know what the problem could be?
