Default little bit of exhaust smoke, but not burning a drop of oil...

what else can cause wispy grayish smoke out the tail pipe? It's not extreme, but I can't think of what it could be. The oil level hasn't changed in two weeks, the radiator is nice and full, and the engine runs strong (D16A6). Can a dead catylitic converter smoke?

Could it be because of the colder weather? I've noticed a lot of peoples cars in my area starting to have a little bit of white smoke.

Now that you've said something about it... my car does it also, even after I cut it off it still smokes a little. I asked a friend (mechanic) and he said because it's a little colder, my engine has a bit more rich and so it burns more gas, therefore making more exhaust.

very good point, didnt think of that. Granted it's not very much colder here in San Diego, but the air is definitely cooler. My CRX loves the colder air.

If you were running rich, the smoke would be black.

True, but a by-product of combustion is water, and with the air density being higher with the colder weather, it's very common to see more of a wispy white "smoke" from the tail pipe, but it's actually just water vapor h:

When you say wator vapor, do you mean like from the AC running? I'm sure you've seen liquid come out of a pipe after or while the AC is running.
