Default losing power

so i have an accord but it has an 2001 h22 motor swap so i figured i would receive more help here. so lately when i accelerate my engine runs strong but when it gets into the higher rpms especially in vtec the loses power almost feels like it bogs but my rpms still go up. i thought maybe my intake was sucking water because it started on a rainy day but it still does it. the only thing ive really changed before this happened was the plugs. please help

Moved to Engine Swaps / Tech... which is where motor swap issues are addressed.

Does the intake sound change in the VTEC range like it normally would?

My initial thought is that the ECU is changing over the fuel map for VTEC, but the VTEC solenoid isn't actually making the switch.

3 quarts!?! You really need to check your oil more often unless you really enjoy bicycling.

Glad you got it sorted out though.
