Default won't go over 2000 rpms need help

1990 acua integra took out vetec and put in a reg 1.8 programd EFI. and it idles fine little ruff startin when cold but it won't go over 2000 rpms and i can't figure it out please help . I know its something simple . does it matter if the intake is for a auto trans when mine is a stick ?

ive heard the auto intake puts out less power than the manal cuz oof the egr
so i wood defnety switch
maby we can help each outher out im doing a 1998 gsr swap in my 1991 integra

What would an intake have to do with it? It is only a pipe and filter.

You are in limp mode but besides that, I can't decipher your awful English, so I have no idea why. How about some details? Swap? What ECU? When did this start happening? Check engine light?
