Trottle body help

Besides the throttle body what else is required?
I'm looking at an old 80 something motor.
1.6L civic motor I believe.

or a bigger throttle body?

I just need to know what equip.
usually is needed to go with the throttle body to make it work.
If I pull one from an early 80's honda civic 1.6 - 1.9 L
what else would I need to make it work?

TB usually but not always has the MAP sensor, TPS sensor and IACV mounted to it.
