well i recnetly have been playing with my crx and i actually came acrossed a good buy i bought a b20 head on a ls block this being non vtec i was told. I began to upgrade skunk2 intake manifold blah blah blah heres where the rpoblem which is a simple problem my question is will a type r integra camshaft fit plug and play in a b20 non vtec head

No. VTEC B-series camshafts will not fit in a non-VTEC head like yours.
However, you can use cams for the B18A1 and B18B1 motor.

Look at Crower Cams... specifically the 404 cams for the B18B1.
You will need to upgrade your retainers and valve springs.
You will also need a set of adjustable cam gears and some dyno time to dial them in. But it will be worth it.
