B16A PISTONS in a LS MOTOR

Im Belding A Non Vtec B18a1 And I Have B16a1 Pistons With Ls Rods And I Want To Know Evey Thing About This Set Up Im Doning Ive Heard The Compression Is 10:1 ,i Want To Know So I Dont Get The Motor Done And Runing And Send The Piston In My Head

i also have a friend that has a b16a block and pistons / which should i use the b18a1 that has b16a1 pistons and ls rods or the compleat b16a /
remmber im useing the LS head
