Default Cam Gears

Ive had a couple posts on here in the last week or so and people have been very helpful. I got a set of AEM True Time cam gears for my GSR Hatch that im building. I got them for free from a dude that sold his car and just had them laying around. My car has stock cams so i was wondering if they would actually do anything. Would i want to just leave the timing set at 0, or advance it? im not really sure what i should set it at so im asking someone more experienced. I know its not a necessary thing for stock cams but hey they were free, why not use them.

Thanks for the help

Rob

you can put them on and leave them at 0. dont go adjusting your cams without a dyno otherwise you wont know if what you're doing is having any effect. you can also damage your engine if you adjust too far one way or the other.
