Default which is best for my swap

im considering a gsr, b20 block with a gsr head(beacuse of low compression), k20a2 or a type r motor. which would be the best motor for my swap. it will be a daily driver but i will race it once and i while too. i plan on building internals and most likely a turbo kit on which ever one i get aswell. *note i have a 2 generation, long lens,91 integra

how much do you have/want to spend? a k20 into that chassis will run $10k easily if you're not doing ALL the labor yourself.

im looking to spend no more than 5000 for motor, tranny and installation. i found a website that has a k20a2 (from a type s) for 4,000 and a type r for 3,800. i will not be doing the labor myself i have a friend that knows how to do it and will do it for me for around 1,000. and with that, he will also put in fuel cut off and other kill switches. but i know i would have to get mounts aswell and i found some for $450 but all that would be way over my budget. so im thinking of getting the gsr or the b20b block w/ the gsr head.
