how can i gain horse power with little to no cash

For little to no money you're going to get little to no answers! if you have those extra parts then you can do an ls/vtec using your ITR head and the ls block in your integra! the problem that you are going to run into is the fact that you want to spend little to no money to even put that motor together!!

indexing plugs will only get you maybe 1-2hp.
advancing the timing *shrugs*

it only goes so far but the majority of it depends on the driver and how one applies the power.

You need to work on your spelling... I know 2nd graders who spell better than that.

P72 is a GSR head, not ITR.
Those "superchargers" are a joke. Seriously take that crap off...

And if you have little to no money than sell the Greddy kit you "Supposedly" have.
