Default Maximum rev limiter for valves/springs etc?

I have boosted b16a with itr valvesprings and retainers.
It is only running stock b16a2 cams.

Whats the maximum revs that i can go to safely?

fuel cut for itr's is ~8400rpm if im not mistaken. for piece of mind, i'd just get new springs and retainers so you could rev higher safely.
