Default ECU codes - Long versus short

I have a 2000 Honda Civic, and the check engine light has been on for a while. Using articles online I figured out how to hook up to the Service Connector Unit to view the ECU trouble codes.

The problem is that I got 9 equal length blinks of my check engine light. Since this is the first time I've ever done this, I don't know whether these were 9 "long" blinks (for code 90) or 9 "short" blinks (for code 9). Each blink took about 1.5 seconds. Is that long or short?

Thanks!
