Problem with SRS Light (I think!!)
Hey guys i need a little bit of help....
I own a 2000 model and my SRS light has come on, assuming this is the engine light next to the oil can on my dash. I need advice as to the best thing to do about it. Im taking it to an electricion who says he can access the system but is this the right thing to do?

I'd call the dealership. There may be an OPDS warranty extension that could apply to your vehicle. Ask them to do a VIN status to see if the warranty extension for the SRS system applies. If so, they will retrieve the code for free and MAY fix it for free as well.
