How can I acheive more power out of my D16Y8 single cam, for cheap. only 18 and have part time job. tight with money. please help me

I just need something that maybe costs as little as 250 to get me some power. I already got CAI, Header, Catback exhaust. What other stuff could I do out of that engine??? Iriduim plugs+wires? cam gear? WHAT?

short of nitrous or boost, you wont get any noticeable power from any of that

what about a cheap bore to the intake manifold with a Dremel or something??? or adjust the cam gear I have now???
