Default b16a surging issue

Have a 90 ls hatch with a b16a swap. Just put it in less then 2 weeks ago.The car ran great for like 3 days, then I got a code 13 (barometric pressure sensor), and 14 (iacv). Oh ya, when I was putting the engine in, a seal went on the hoist and the throttle body took a good hit so I put one from the ls on it.
Put the b16a iacv back in (the bps was crushed so left the ls one in), and the codes cleared, car drove fine. 3 days ago bps code came back, and the car surges from 900 to 2200 rpm. I have no vac leaks, checked all the lines.Once in a while at a light the idle will flatten at 1000-1300, but then go back to surging. If I turn the car of, and start it again the code is clear for 1-10 miles, but still serges.
Please help this s--ts h: .

Drove to work this morning, and the car was great, no surges/no codes. It's 48 miles. Left work, went about 30 miles, stopped at about 25 lights, car was great. Then it went back to doing its thing.
Somebody has to have an idea on this please help
