Default Maximum boost?

i have a b16a2 boosted with cometic .051 h/gasket and 9.0.1 je pistons.
running a t04e turbo with a .57 trim and .63 a/r. 2.5" charge piping.
Im only running a set of 440cc injectors, a wahlbro 255 fuel pump and a adj fpr?
what the maximum boost / power i can run??

thanks for any help

The 440's are going to be the limiting factor with that setup. Get a set of 750's or 1000's to take advantage of your built motor. I would say that you could probably squeeze 320 whp out of those injectors but not without upping the fuel pressure.

Just curious, but when are you seeing full boost with that setup?

Right thanks, any idea on kind of boost level that would amount too?

It has full boost by approx 4k rpm, but it spools from 1500-2k rpm.

If i put it in fourth at 1500rpm, and let off at 2k it will dump and you feel the
extra 'turbo power' as such at that 2k rpm.

Also, i know this has been covered before many times, but im really not sure on what running in miles to do?

I have new rod mains + piston rings, the crank mains etc are all original and have not been unbolted.

Probably 12-15 lbs would put you at almost max duty cycle on those injectors. Every setup is different though, so you may be able to squeeze more or less out of those injectors.

I'm not sure what you meant by your last question.

I just meant that i was wondering how many 'running in' miles i should do when i start the engine when its just been built.
(Low revs etc, wearing it in)

Ah, break-in.

Google it. There are many methods to properly break in a motor.

Thanks.......But what would you personally do yourself?

I see some people just tune it pretty much straight away...
Others say tune up to 3k rpm and drive -3k rpm for 1000 miles

Im confussed? just wana do right by my motor!

that's what i'd do. but you have to decide for yourself. some people do the "soft" break in method and have no problems.
