Default ~Project D16Y6 to B18B~

I'm buying this complete change over and wanted to know what I would run into in terms of swap problems. I have a good friend that's doing the swap and I'm helping him do some of the research. I respect the opinions of most of the readers here, so I thought I'd ask. Here is the engine. I went with a lower compression engine due to the fact that I'm going to be force inducting it once the swap is done.

It's going to be installed into a 98 Civic LX. Considering the LX doesn't have the VTEC wiring and the B18B doesn't either, I figured it would be a good change over. Also, I want to use Hondata with the swapped engine, and I'm told that Hondata only works with OBD1. Correct me if I'm wrong.

So, if you are reading this, and don't mind taking a few minutes to write me some suggestions, constructive criticism, and give me some advice, I'd appreciate it. I plan on adding LSD from the get go, if I can afford it.

You will need the OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness for the ECU. And the swap should go in just fine with the proper B series motor mounts.
