Call this # 1800-622-7733. It's the hot line to schedule a ref appointment. You can call this number and request your local B.A.R ref. I am assuming you are in California. I myself am in San Diego and my local refs name is Michael Muller of Southwestern college in Chula Vista. When you call, the operator will ask you a basic rundown of your setup, then will send the info to the ref. The ref will call you within a day or so and go through step by step everything he or she will look for on test day. Some refs will let certain things slide and some wont. But whoever it is they will lead you in the right direction. It is a very simple process and it only costs about $40. Hope this helps,
Eric

I pretty sure you just have to run vtec an knock sensor lines and the b16 ecu should plug right in. Provided its the same OBD. if not then you have to get a jumper harness. just call the ref anyways. you dont have to make an appointment right away. you can just talk to them over the phone and they will tell you exactly what you have to do (what ecu, harness, etc.) and there is no pressure to set up a face to face appointment right then and there.
