Hello peeps, I just purchase a new 07 Civic SI coupe about two weeks ago from Honda. After about 200 miles or so I started to hear a ticking noise from the intake manifold side. I took it back to the same dealer and they had two of there best tech guys take a look at it. The answer I receive was that it was coming from the injectors, and it’s normal for the SI to have loud injectors. Any 2007 Civic SI owners experience this problem?? Thanks.

 

Honda's are known to have noisy injectors. I wouldn't worry about it.
