Default b18b head on a b20 block?

first things first i got a b18a and a b18b head, i heard the b18b head is less restrictive than the a head, i am going to have a good port, polish, and valve job done it one of the heads, and then put that back onto my block, also doing cams. would it really matter what head i port and polish out?

also am doing a new bottom end, want to know what it would take to put in a b20 block with the b18 head on it? any special head gasket? or would a b20 head gasket work?

so a b20 head gasket would work on this? and im doing a nonvtec setup just because vtec is probably the most overated variable valve timing out there...cant stand when a ricer says, 'yeah i got vtec!' UGHHH but yeah i got a b18b motor in the car now, and a 2nd b18a head, thats gonna get a good port and polish, valve job, and pretty aggressive cams, and im thinking about doing a high compression b20 bottom end...

The B18b head will work just fine on the B20 block most B20s already have the B18b head p75. Just use a B20 head gasket and thats all you need everything is the same.
