Default fans not working coolant evaporating

I can't figure out why my coolant keep evaporating which is causing pressure to build up, i think my fans aren't coming. do i need a new fan switch or fuse? thermostat seems to be working fine and i'm not getting a CEL!

Year/model? Honda used at least 3 or 4 different control logic schemes for the radiator fans over the years.

You 'think' they're not coming on? Find out for sure & let us know.
