Default Tick Tick Tick.

I have a tick in my bottom end not sure if it’s a ring or a wrist pin. It doesn’t do it all the time it started about 3 days ago. One morning I’ll start it to go to work and it will tick. Hours latter I’ll start it to go home no tick. Then maybe an hour to hour and a half latter I can go start it up again and it will tick. The car runs fine Idles good at about 700 rpm. I have air pressure coming from the oil cap no sign of a blown head gasket. After the motor comes up to temp the tick will stop. It’s very frustrating trying to figure out what it is. So any input will help.

Pinpoint the source of the noise. Sounds like a bearing to me but it is hard to say without actually hearing the noise.

Thats goning to be hard I drove it today and it didnt make a sound. But it still has alot of air pressure in the valve cover its not blowing out smoke or anything.

Now I just ticks all the time when I first start it up and after a few miles of driving It stops. The time it takes for me to leave home and go to the Honda shop to see if they can tell me. At home its TIck tick tick at the Honda shop running smooth as can be not a single tick.
