I just bought a 1990 honda civic hatch 1.5 liter. I have replaced the distributer assembly w/coil ,module,rotor,cap,wires,plugs,and battery.the car still will not start .I warrantied 1 distributer assembly thinking that was the problem, but i still have no fire out of my plug wires. i checked voltage at the coil and have 12volts @ both connections.Is that normal?
