using abs axles on non-abs car??

Default using abs axles on non-abs car??

95 civic ex with no abs with b18c1 swap. has a torn cv boot so i might as well replace the axles. would i be able to use integra abs axles no problems?

ok it looks like i can take the abs rings off abs axles and they'll work fine. anyone confirm?

Yeah, you just have to bang off the ABS ring, which can be a pain. I did this on my integra...had a non-abs axle from my roommate's old civic..so I took the ABS ring off my bad axle, and put it on the civic axle.

how difficult is it? never had to deal with something like this before.

It's easy, it just can be a pain/time consuming trying to bang it off with a flathead and a hammer.

You don't have to take off the ABS ring. There is no sensor, so it won't even matter if the ring is there or not.

It shouldn't. The only difference between the two systems just looking at the hub is an ABS system has a sensor and a non-ABS doesn't.

If you want to pry off the ring, go for it. If you don't, you won't experience any problems.
