Default ls-vtec wiring

Well I got a project car with a lsvtec with a turbo. Its got a b16 head on it. Im just finishing up the wiring that the last guy didnt do. The motor was odb2, but it has had the plugs swaped to odb1. I got a chiped p28 with crome pro. I just want to hear it run, so I havnt hooked up vtec. Anyways my problem is what do I do with the crank angle sensor/ crank position sensor on the ls? Also the map sensor is on the firewall, but there is also one on the intake. There is some sensor put into the intake tube by the throdel body that is wired in, possable 3 bar map? I will get some pics. It also has dsm injectors with the box. The car trys to start, but just fires every once and a while. What am I missing? Its got an extra plug on the harness under the intake that looks like the map sensor plug in.

By the way its a 93 civic dx hb.
