Default B16 problem

I have a turbo'd B16a1 with eagle rods and unfortuantly i have spun a shell....

The crank is being replaced as are obviously the big end shells and crank main shells.

My eagle rod looks alittle scored, but not deep...nothing u cud catch with your finger nail.
Does this sound like it needs replacing? is it worth cleaning up as best as possible?
If not does anywhere know where i can buy just one new rod from? i have emailed eagle but no reply yet.
