Default Slipping Clutch Issues... again

I replaced my old clutch (150k miles on it) with a new OEM one a couple of months ago. I have not had any issues with it since now, especially with the weather warming up. It has started to slip again, especially in hot weather and after I've been driving it for 50+miles. I was wondering what could be wrong, I have already tried bleeding the clutch fluid to flush all the air out.
(1994 Accord F22b)

Thanks.

are you beating the heck outta the clutch i.e. burnout, launching hard etc. etc. it usually take somewhere between 1000 and 1500 miles to break it in
