Default how much more boost can my d16 handle

i have the jrsp boostin 9psi already. i've been told 10psi is the max. what i was wondering is if i could safely run like a 35 shot in 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear? i wouldnt ever run it in 2nd or 1st for they're really strong. if i lose a race its usually because i get passed in third fourth. i'm all low end.

engine: sohc d16y8 vtec
mods: jrsc w/boost upgrade (9psi)
dc sport short ram intake

engine: sohc d16y8 vtec
mods: jrsc w/boost upgrade (9psi)
dc sport short ram intake
stillen 4-1 ceramic header
greddy extreme cat back w/hi-flow cat
stillen fuel pressure riser
walbro 255 fuel pump
ngk plugs (colder)
jr boost timing retarder

will have with in the month:
apexi v-afc (to lean it out some, throwing a too rich code)
act clutch (hd-ss) (maybe flywheel depending on condition of current one)

i have a boost guage and air/fuel gauge as well.

I thought the JRSC loved short primaries, ie Kamikaze.

It does.

You might be able to pick up a good amount of horsepower with a Kamikaze header, some water injection, and some dyno tuning.

If you are throwing a too rich code, even occaisionally, you are running way too rich to make good power. $200 worth of dyno time may make more power than any expensive mod you could buy.
