Auto to Manual swap-B18C into DA questions

Auto to Manual swap-B18C into DA questions
We are converting an automatic 92 integra to manual with a B18C and YS1 GSR cable tranny. My question is what wiring changes/additions need to be done besides the VTEC wiring? I've heard some wiring with the gear selector need to be changed for the car to be able to turn on??
