Default I cant seem to put a finger on my problem... violent engine shake when cold

I have a stock 97 Integra LS.

When the car is cold (after from a night of sitting) I start her up and warm up for about 5mins. Mind you everything seems perfect... when I start her, she starts up fine, Idle is fine, no abnormal noises or anything.

After 5mins, I put it in first and try to take off and the engine shakes violently. I stick the clutch back in and all is well. If I take off fast, use more gas, the shaking isnt as bad.

When the car is fully warmed up, all is well. No shaking, nothing. Its only when it has been sitting and the engine gets cold.

Does this mean my clutch is going? It's weird though, the clutch seems to be grabbing really well.

please chime in... thanks!

It might be a warped flywheel but I don't know if that would change with the temperature. Also check all your motor mounts. Other than that I don't know. Good luck.
