Well.. As I stated in a earlier post. I blew my 1992 h23 motor so now i bought a 1993 h22 motor.. Im not sure if it's usdm or jdm. But my dad says the h23 tranny is not bolting up to the h22 motor... I think he said it had to do something with the flywheel which won't let the h22 motor bolt up to my h23 tranny... what i read is people doing successful bolt ons... but why isnt my h23 tranny bolting onto my h22 =[. he also said something about the intake manifold does not fit in my bay and the exhaust manifold cannot fit either... wtf... iono help me?

a 1992 prelude si with a h23 motor, im trying to put h22 motor in it, but its not bolting up. i just got a update from my dad, the tranny and the engine is not lining up and it wont bolt it, i think the flywheel is still a problem also, i asked if he takes the flywheel out would it still bolt up he says no... iono whyyy

 

externally the blocks are basically the same... he is doing something wrong.

 

My dad just called me and said that he just bolted it up. But he says he needs a pipe from the exhaust manifold to the header. What is this pipe called so I can buy one? what kind of ecu should i get for my h22 and how do i wire it for vtec. i have a jdm motor if that helps
