k thanks..good site now to find what year my b18 is.. is there anywhere i can type in my motor number that will tel me where it came from i dnt believe there is a number on my trans unles there is another spot besides next to the motor number where it would be at...any help???

and for your tranny well i would take it out and count if there is no number plate or sticker on it that u can see then its real hard to figure out.

k in looking at my trans again i spotted this hose or line that is broken.. it is rite next to the clutch cable that comes from the pedal to the trans.. the line goes from the trans then up to no where about 6" then rite back down to back on the trans rite next to where it started...kinda hard to explain .. does anyone know what this is and wat it is for???

is it in the back by the speedo cable or on the front by the clutch arm and next to the reverse wires.??

ah dont worry about that i can remember what it was for but we dont need it on our cars. and as long as its looped back into the other nipple then its fine if its not the do so.

welll it doesnt loop back to the same spot jst a spot like an inch away
