Default No start condition, no power, will not turn over

Well, I replaced my input shaft bearing on my 97 civic lx and now there is no power getting to anything. The brake lights will not come on if I hit the brakes, the headlights will not come on, the dash lights do not come on when turning the key.

I checked continuity on the fuses under the hood with a meter. Yes, the 80A battery fuse is good, as is the little battery connections coming out of the side of the fuse box, which are reading 13 volts.

I checked resistance of the battery ground which showed no resistance.

I checked the terminals with a meter and they are fine.

I have checked everything we touched.

What could cause the car to have no power at all to anywhere? This would have to be a bad ground wouldn't it?
