i have a b20b and my motor is idling high, dont know?? I tried to adjust my throttle cable, and it didnt do anything??? help please

there is an idle adujustment screwon the tb, btw you need to have some deflection in the throttle cable, if its sticking spray some wd-40 on it

i tired to adjust it but it was stuck?? you said if i spray wd40 on it it should move
