Default Just had all my valves replaced

I just had all my valves replaced (guess why) anyways.... do I need to take it easy on my engine untill they break in( kinda of like when the car is new)? Also whey they did this did they have to change my oil? ( Im asking cause im due for an oil change)

I dunno about breaking new valves in... but I do know u gotta take the head off... And to take the head off u gotta drain the oil... I mean... technically you could take the head off without draining it but it would be a mess. ;-)

i didnt drain the oil w/my head off...didn't leave a mess...id chang the oil anyway...when my friend hadd his change they told him to take it easy for the first 500 miles, getting on it more as it goes on...then have them adjusted after 2-3k miles
