Default JRSC 6psi plug gap ques??? DID SEARCH!!!

ok my buddys car is a gsr with the jrsc @ 6psi running
BKR7E-11'S which are pre gapped at .044 and he left them at that. the car runs perfect doesent break up in boost or misfire. I hear that people are running .028 to .036 is there any real beneifit to this???? should he change it or just leave it alone??? it runs good no mis pulls hard. and is there any power increase to doin this?

If the ignition isn't breaking up under boost, leave the gap where it is. If the ignition starts breaking up, close the gap down to .035" or so.

Generally, you shouldn't close down the gap unless you have to because it puts extra strain on the ignition components.

weird i thought the further the gap the harder it worked to jump the gap not closer.. touching is bad but i didnt think it was a strain on the system if it was closer it should be less of a strain. in threoy
