V-tec does't work

Default V-tec does't work

Justfinished replacing some valves that were burnt, but my V-te does not work now and there is no egine codes showing.

-was the engine at operating temp?
-are you low on oil?

OIl Is fine, it is up to its max and the engine was at operating level.

My car is a 1997 Honda Civic whith a B18c4 engine and a 'p72 ecu' I think.
