Default I need some help with a B20Vtec Turbo Setup

Hey everyone..

i need some info on the B20vtec Turbo setup...i have an all motor GSR with 220 whp...but its gettin too slow...no tq...thats y i chose the b20...heard they have alot of tq..anyway..i just wanna know what i need to do...where to start...what to start with...yada yada yada...lookin to make 400 -450 hp :irock:

take your current block and replace the pistons with low compression ones. what have you done to the head?

im running my gsr head i have now..p&p..have BLOX type B cams..but goin back to stockers...all S2 valvetrain..S2 IM...S2 70mm TB

and im not gonna use the shitty b18 block...no displacement or stroke..im re-sleeving the b20 block...and boring it to 85.5 mm. just throwin that out there

i would stick to a 83-84mm bore if you're going to boost it. leaves plenty of room for a rebore if necessary.

Because if you need to rebore the cylinder for some reason (failed ringlands, dropped valve, or other catastrophe), 85 mm won't leave much meat on the sleeves to rebore. You will probably have to resleeve in that case with a bore that large.
