Default B16a2 Mount Kit

I took out my tranny to get it service. I want to know if I should change the engine mounts while I'm at it? Can anybody suggestwhich mount kit company I can go with and if it is easy to change the engine mounts?

Thanks

you can either get energy suspension or prothane urethane mount inserts. they're not too hard to put in. or you can spend the cash and get all new hasport mounts.

Change them if they are broken... Otherwise why would you? Also, would using urethane inserts make your car shakier?
