I know what PnP does, im looking at how to do the PnP. Can the people that have done it post their insights.

You sure you want to attempt to do it yourself? Most people without experience in what needs to be done cause more harm than good.

taking off just a little too much material from one spot or another can really mess with the flow characteristics.
