Is it just an OEM pump? My Walbro 255 lph pump is noisy as hell, especially with a full tank of gas.

It is probably noisy because it is cheap junk. Stick the seats on and see if the noise gets muffled, but I think it will just naturally be louder than an OEM pump because of build quality.

True dat.. It was pretty cheap, just a temp solution until I buy the Walboro, Although Those pumps are capable of pumping 255 lph will I have to much fuel pressure or will It just dump the excess fuel back into the return line??

You will have a higher fuel pressure if you don't have anything to turn it down with. The stock FPR can't keep up with the extra volume of fuel coming through the rail to regulate it to stock pressure.

It can't regulate the amount of flow coming through the rail to stock pressure. I still have a stock FPR on mine and my injector duty cycle is abnormally low because the fuel pressure is so high.
