B20 Or B16

hello i have a 92 teg and i want to know which is better a b20 or a b16 and is it hard to do a b20 vtec with a gsr head wat all i need to do to make it work perfect.

Will a B20 crv fit with in a integra without any mode to engine mount? I dnot know gsr head will fit but why not LS/vtec swap work, they basicly have the same block. Maybe GSR ecu will work with the gsr head. B20 there "no placement to displacement" something like that.
