Default difference between hydro an cable?

can canyone tell me a good definition of what is the difference between hydro an cable tranny? which one wuld be better for racing?.. i herd hydros arent good on bangin gears is that true?.. i have a gsr tranny with hydro to cable conversion, how exactly does that work? it confuses the hell outta me.. thanks

no one knows wut the difference betwwen a hydraulic transmission an a cable tranimssion? besides fluid n cable?

it's just how the clutch is activated. hydraulic is activated with hydraulics. cable uses a cable. neither is better than the other. use whatever fits your chassis.
